performing detention
Alicia will continue her solo body of work, performing detention – a physical exploration into the psychology of breaking cycles of violence. This has been Jones’ solo body of work since 2013, with residency developments at Metro Arts, HOTA, South Stradbroke Island Indigenous Art Camps and various public showings.
This residency will see the unification of the work into a full length production under the dramaturgy of Nadine McDonald-Dowd (QPAC).
