Annikki Chand is a Finnish-Indian dancer and actress. Initially starting dance as a hobby at 16, she ended up jumping straight into competitive dance crews after just 2 years of dancing. She competed on a national level, and placed, for various hip-hop competitions in Australia. A few years later, she found her calling within freestyle street dance, and is now known locally and nationally for her achievements in the style of Krump. She’s also travelled internationally to train and compete with some of the world’s best krumpers and is a member of the international all styles crew- R.U.R Alliance. Annikki teaches krump classes regularly and is an active member of the upstate krump community. She’s also a recent graduate from a Bachelor of Acting, however she was an actor way before krump took over- Annikki has worked on short films, reality tv shows, music videos, commercials, feature films and even in theatre. She is passionate about breaking stereotypes within the entertainment industry.
