TRANSPORT & PARKING
Located within a ten minute walk from public transport services such as Central train station, Eagle Street Pier ferry terminal and Queen Street or King George bus terminals. Visit the Translink website to plan your best route. There is no parking available at Metro Arts. There is on street parking and secure parking facilities located close by which you can find online, however public transport is recommended.
We make every effort to ensure that we are accessible and welcoming. Gender neutral facilities are located throughout the venue. Some of our performances are relaxed, offer Auslan interpretation and are bilingual. You can view an accessibility map of the building here. Tickets are available online, over the phone and in-person. Search What’s On to see what tickets are currently on sale.
You do not need to print anything out to collect your tickets! Simply quote your name at Box Office on the night of the event. Box Office is open one hour prior to the event starting time, located on the ground floor of Metro Arts.
ARRIVAL TIME //
Arrive at Metro Arts at least 15 minutes before a performance to give yourself adequate time to collect your tickets. When attending exhibitions it’s best to arrive when the event is scheduled to start, you will not be able to access the space earlier than the stated time.

GETTING CASH //
An ATM is located directly across the road at 7-Eleven.
FOOD & DRINKS //
Metro Arts will sometimes have bars open for the events where you can purchase drinks. Treat yo self with delicious food from Verve Restaurant Cider House but be sure to book as they fill up fast.
DRINKS IN VENUES //
This depends on the event, please check with a Metro Arts staff member on the night. Please do not take your drinks outside Metro Arts or through our stairwell.
