The Metro Arts team are available to assist you in booking accessible tickets.

To book an accessible ticket including an accessible seat, wheelchair bay or tickets for companion card holders, please contact us on 07 3002 7100 during office hours. Metro Arts welcomes calls through the National Relay Service (NRS).

Alternatively, please email us on info@metroarts.com.au and we can set you up with an accessible ticketing account which will allow you to book your accessible tickets online.

Metro Arts is a registered affiliate with the Queensland Government Companion Card program, and offers a complimentary ticket for Companion Card holders to attend with a companion. To book such a ticket, please ring 07 3002 7100. Metro Arts welcomes calls via the National Relay Service (NRS).

Metro Arts’ venues at West Village are wheelchair accessible with ground level or elevator access to all spaces. The New Benner Theatre has a limited number of wheelchair allocated bays for most shows.

The New Benner Theatre at Metro Arts is a T-Switch or Hearing Loop (HL) enabled venue, allowing those with a compatible hearing aid to receive enhanced auditory clarity in our foyer and theatre.  Our system can connect with T-Switch enabled hearing aids. We also have a limited number of headsets that connect to the Hearing Loop, and are available upon request at Box Office. 

Metro Arts is a participating venue with the Cérge Companion app.

The Cerge app is free assistive technology for individuals with disability, support workers, carers and parents.
