A new multi-year, multi-organisation initiative that scaffolds artists to make ambitious work.
The Experimental Commissioning Consortium (ECC) is a diverse group of 14 arts organisations around Australia. The program includes three pillars: an experimental laboratory to incubate work, a commissioning circle to bring work into development, and a national touring network for multi-sited presentation of work. Led by Performance Space, partners include Cementa, ArtsHouse, Punctum, The Substation, Urban Theatre Projects, Wired Lab, Assembly 197, The Unconformity, DanceHouse, PICA, PACT, Vitalstatistix, and MetroArts.
